Park West énergie Running Club
Every Wednesday morning énergie Gym Park West host a running session. All are welcome to join. members and non-members alike. Registration is at the gym at 7.15am and the run begins at 7.30am until 8.30am. It is fully supervised by two gym trainers. Anyone taking part can avail of the facilities free of charge.
